How to pick a size

Measure your head

Measure around your head about 1/2 inch (2 cm) above the eyebrows. The helmet should be snug but not uncomfortable, sit one finger-width above the eyebrows, and line your ears up with the ear holes.

Between sizes? Bauer suggests younger players size up. A good fit leaves no space between your head and the pads and stays put when you shake your head.

Measure the widest part of the head, from just above the brow to the farthest point at the back.

Helmet size is based on head circumference. The helmet should sit level and cover the forehead.
