How to pick a size

Measure floor to knee

With a soft tape, measure from the floor to the center of your knee. In a correct fit, your knee lands in the center of the pad's knee stack when you drop into the butterfly.

Barefoot, with the knee slightly bent, measure straight up from the floor to the middle of the kneecap. Thigh rise is personal preference.

Pad sizes are written as length plus thigh rise. Warrior senior pads step up by half an inch in both the shin section and the thigh rise, so a 35+1.5" pad is one inch taller overall than a 34+1.5".
