Rink Buddy Gear Finder is operated by Hue Art LLC, a Nevada company ("we", "us"), at rinkbuddy.com.

By using Rink Buddy Gear Finder you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What we do, and what we don't
Rink Buddy Gear Finder is a comparison and discovery tool. We show hockey gear listed by third-party retailers and brands, with price, size, color and stock details. We are not the seller. We don't sell, ship, or take payment for any product. When you click a product link, you go to the retailer's own website and any purchase is a contract between you and that retailer, under its terms, price, shipping and return policy.
2. Prices, stock and product details can change
Information on the site comes from retailers' product data and is refreshed on a schedule. Prices, sale status, sizes, colors, availability and product details can change at any time, and may be out of date or wrong when you see them. The retailer's page is always the final word. Check price, size, stock, shipping and returns there before you buy. We aren't responsible for differences, price changes, out-of-stock items, or order problems.
3. Sizing and fit
Size levels (such as senior, intermediate, junior and youth) and any fit tips are general guides taken from retailers and brands, not a guarantee of fit. Protective gear must fit properly, and certification rules vary by league. Check the manufacturer's size chart and your league's rules, and try gear on where you can. We don't give medical or safety advice.
4. Affiliate relationships
We earn commissions from some retailers when you buy through our links. This doesn't change your price. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
5. No warranty
Rink Buddy Gear Finder is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises, express or implied, that the site will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will suit a particular purpose. We don't endorse any retailer or product, and we aren't responsible for the products, services or websites of others.
6. Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hue Art LLC and its owners and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any retailer. Our total liability to you for anything related to the site is limited to $100. Some states don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
7. Trademarks and content
Product names, brand names, logos and images (for example Bauer, CCM, Warrior, True and retailer names) belong to their owners. We use them only to identify products and stores, and their appearance on the site doesn't mean the owner sponsors or endorses us. Product images and descriptions come from retailers' feeds and remain theirs.
The Rink Buddy Gear Finder name, logo, design, illustrations, code and our own text belong to Hue Art LLC. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use and may link to it. Please don't copy or republish the catalog, scrape the site, or use it to build a competing database, and don't interfere with its operation or try to get around its security. Do not use it to send us automated requests at a rate that burdens it.
8. Your use of the site
Use the site lawfully. Don't misuse it, upload harmful code, or try to access what isn't meant for you. We may block access to anyone who does.
9. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites we don't control. Their content and practices are theirs, and their terms and privacy policies apply when you're there.

11. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
12. Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, suspend or end any part of the site at any time. We may update these terms; the new version applies when posted, with the effective date changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Nevada will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
